How to Play GeoQuest

Each round starts with a flag. Choose the matching country from the autocomplete list, then click the country on the world map.

Scoring

Correct flag answers add 100 points. Correct map answers add 150 points. Remaining time can add up to 100 bonus points, and perfect rounds add 100 more.

Modes

Classic is the default learning mode. Timed increases pressure, Survival ends after too many mistakes, Practice keeps the flow relaxed, Daily gives a repeatable challenge, and Random picks a mode for you.

Regions & Continents

Filter your run by continent: practice exclusively in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, Oceania, or take on the entire World.

Difficulty Levels

Easy: Iconic and well-known countries with high global recognition.
Medium: Standard recognized sovereign nations.
Hard: Complete list of sovereign countries in the selected region.
Expert: Comprehensive entity set including microstates, island territories, and dependencies.
